We’ll gather at Costa Dulce Ecolodge, where open-air yoga shalas overlook the ocean, offering the perfect backdrop to move, breathe, and take it all in.

The Experience

Enjoy two daily yoga classes in a variety of styles to challenge, nourish, and support you in finding your edge, then giving back to yourself.

There’s a surf break right in front of Costa Dulce, making this an ideal place to try surfing or build your skills with experienced instructors. Playa Escameca is a private, uncrowded beach with gentle waves for beginners, along with nearby breaks for more advanced surfers.

When you’re not practicing or surfing, spend your time however you like:

• Relax on the beach

• Explore the jungle or nearby towns

• Visit San Juan del Sur

• Or simply unwind and take it all in

Pricing & Booking

Retreat cost ranges from $2,000–$3,000 depending on your accommodation choice.

To register, a $900 deposit is required to secure your spot. After registering, you’ll book your room directly with Costa Dulce based on your preferred accommodation and occupancy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat will receive a full refund of the deposit - this does not include accommodation payments made to Costa Dulce.

If you need to cancel within 30 days of the retreat, we will do our best to fill your spot:

• If your spot is filled, you will receive a full deposit refund

• If your spot is not filled, 50% of your deposit will be refunded
