Class Descriptions
Tahoe Yoga Nook is warmed with infrared heat, which gently warms the body (not just the air), helping to ease sore muscles, boost circulation, and support relaxation and detoxification.
Warm Yoga: Mindful movement and longer holds to build strength and release tension. Gently heated to 80–85°F.
Heated Yoga: A stronger, sweatier flow to build resilience and detoxify. Heated to around 95°F.
Warm Yin/Restore: Floor-based poses held for several minutes to calm the nervous system and restore energy. Heated to 80–85°F.
Warm Vin to Yin: Start with flowing movement, end with longer held stretchy poses. A balanced class in 80–85°F warmth.
Private Classes
I love offering private sessions for individuals or small groups—it's one of my favorite ways to connect. The Nook provides a cozy, supportive space for this more intimate style of practice.
Private sessions are perfect if you’re looking for one-on-one support, whether you're just starting out, working with an injury, or wanting a class customized just for you. We can focus on building a home practice, refining your alignment, or simply moving in a way that feels good and grounded.
You can also book a private group class for you and your friends—an intentional way to celebrate, connect, or gift someone a meaningful experience. I’ll tailor the class to your group’s needs, and you're welcome to bring your own playlist or let me create one based on your vibe.
Pricing:
• $100 for up to 2 people
• $20 per additional person (up to 10 total)
Pricing is for a 60–90 minute session.
Private classes can be held at Tahoe Yoga Nook or I can travel to you—whether you're in a home, at a retreat, or hosting something special nearby. Additional travel fees may apply, inquire for more info.
